This privacy policy explains how Senbonai collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or contact us.

What data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, your company name if you choose to provide it, and the message you write. We do not collect any other personal data.

To prevent abuse of the form, we also process the IP address the submission came from. It is held in the server's memory for at most 15 minutes, is never written to disk or shared, and is used for no other purpose.

How your data is processed

Contact form submissions are delivered to us as email using Scaleway Transactional Email, a European provider that processes the message in France. We do not use a third-party form service that retains a copy of your submission.

How long we retain your data

Form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, after which they are deleted.

Your rights
